do I have to pay stamp duty on buyer builder agreement

I have booked a flat in Gurgaon, and have a query regarding Buyer Builder Agreement. What is the stamp duty and other charges for such an agreement and would the stamp duty be reduced during actual registration of the flat. the flat is under construction and should be completed by 2023.

Hi,no stamp duty is required to be paid during the execution of builder buyer agreement..The stamp duty charge is required during the registration process which is after builder obtains the completion certificate and provides possession..
